Over 1,500 VSAT terminals were installed and operated to deliver (Point-2-Point) and (Point-2-Multipoint) VSAT communication services to many different customers.

Based on the vision of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince – may God protect him – to prioritize the localization of military communication systems as one of the key outcomes of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, our department has collaborated with leading providers of miltary and government communication services worldwide. We have formed partnerships to transfer knowledge, develop local talent, and integrate it with existing expertise to keep pace with the rapid development in the Kingdom. This effort has resulted in the company achieving a first class rating in the sectors of repair and maintenance communication devices using the VISAT system

HICAP Provides all the core competencies necessary for the design, turnkey delivery and logistic support of military tactical satcom systems and has an established track record of large satellite communications networks for the Royal Saudi Land and Naval Forces.

Maritime Military Solutions

One of the company most important recent achievements is the development of the Naval Military Communications Program (HAZM).
Military satellite communications network was designed and implemented on all Naval Forces ships.
In continuation to previous successes, military communications projects have been implemented in partnership with the Spanish shipbuilder Navantia , the French fast boats Couach and the Franco German vessels HSI32, as the first national company specialized in military communications systems to participate in such projects.

Agreements and partnership was accomplished with multi-Saudi / International Companies to manufacture and assemble radio-equipment, measurement , calibration and test instruments . (First Saudi Military electronic warfare factory).
Additionally, an accredited level 1 and 2 maintenance centre and obsolescence solution unit was licensed by GAMI and SAMI.
Integrate C4I systems and whole mission system to the SATCOM network
To improve the declining reliability of Marine Corps data transmitted via SATCOM, Hazm Program was developed and tested.
As a part of early detection security system and to make the Saudi waters safer, an unmanned maritime program was employed and linked to the vessels.
The goal of this program is allowing HQs to control the military vessels remotely.
VSAT uses satellite systems to support high-bandwidth voice, video and data applications such as video conferencing between locations. The military also uses it for the exchange of intelligence and logistics information.
This Program allows users to split network traffic across multiple transmission paths, then combine that traffic within the cloud environment.
This leads to faster and more secure communications.
Because the fragmented information is less identifiable in the transmission process, it is more secure and less likely to fall into the wrong hands.
